  • How fast will I get the product?

    95% of products will arrive in 2-4 business days despite what the delivery times state as long as we have the product in stock.

  • I need to return a product. What should I do?

    Customers may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the package is opened, a restocking fee may apply. To avoid any restocking fees, please submit a return and select the return reason “No longer needed”. A charge will be shown, however, please disregard this as it will be refunded.

    Please submit a ticket stating:

    "My order number is [Insert Your Order #] and I returned the product using the reason “No longer needed”. Please provide a full refund without any restocking fees."

    We will ensure that you receive a full refund on the order and cover all return costs.

  • Did you receive a damaged item?

    We unfortunately cannot control how the shipping carriers handle our packages, so from time to time, our products will get damaged in the mail. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.


    There is no need to return the product.

  • Can you price match?

    If you find an identical product out there for cheaper with shipping cost included that is not offering a limited-time sale on the product, please contact us via a ticket and we will price match and give you a 5% additional discount. We will hold true to our word that we will always offer the best prices we can.

  • I see that your prices dropped since I purchased your product, what will you do?

    Our cost will fluctuate depending on the market and we strive to offer the best prices we can by passing the savings to our customers. If the product was purchased within 45 days, please contact us via a ticket and we will be happy to provide the difference via a partial refund.
